Calm Sleepy Stories Publisher is a private, owner-operated desktop/server application that prepares and publishes original bedtime-story videos to the Calm Sleepy Stories YouTube channel. It is not a public consumer application, and there is no user registration or login on this information website. Its website is hosted on an owner-controlled domain; no Devos shopper data is used for YouTube publishing.
Only when the channel owner authorizes Google OAuth, the app requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload permissions. Using these permissions it reads the selected account's YouTube channel ID and display name, the IDs and titles of videos on that channel when needed for upload reconciliation, video ownership, processing status, privacy/visibility status, and resulting publication URLs. It also receives OAuth access and refresh tokens as part of the authorization flow. It does not ask for the owner's Google password.
The app separately retains its own authored scripts, generated video/audio, exact asset checksums, production costs, technical quality reports, scheduled releases, upload attempts, error types and platform delivery states. These are application-generated operational records, not contacts, emails, Google Drive files, or YouTube viewer profiles. The public policy website does not request visitors' Google account data.
Google account information is used solely to confirm the correct authorized channel, submit owner-approved videos and thumbnails through the official YouTube API, check whether each upload has finished processing and reached the requested privacy state, prevent uploads to the wrong channel, and avoid duplicate uploads after connection failures. The tool does not analyze Google account data for advertising, sell it, or use it to build unrelated user profiles.
OAuth tokens and client configuration are stored in restricted private files on the owner's trusted workstation and publishing server, separate from this public website. Access is limited to the channel operator and the publishing process. This information website does not expose OAuth tokens, stored videos, private databases or administrative controls. Channel IDs, video IDs, publication URLs, timestamps, checksums and safe failure statuses are stored in a private operational database for accountability, recovery and prevention of duplicate publication.
During video publication, the app transmits the chosen video file, thumbnail, title, description and intended visibility to Google's YouTube API, as authorized by the channel owner. Google handles those uploads under its terms and privacy policy. The app does not disclose the owner's OAuth tokens to advertisers, data brokers or other unrelated third parties. The public information website is served by Cloudflare, which may process ordinary web requests and access logs under its own privacy policy.
OAuth credentials are retained only while the owner uses the publishing tool or until authorization is revoked and the private token files are securely removed. The owner may revoke access at any time in the Google Account connections settings. Private publication receipts and cost/error metadata are kept as long as needed for duplicate prevention, accounting, backup and recovery; the owner may request review, correction or deletion, subject to preserving records required for legitimate auditing or compliance. Backup copies may be retained for recovery and will be retired through the operator's normal cleanup process. Published YouTube videos remain subject to the YouTube account owner's separate retention and deletion controls.
To ask what YouTube account information is stored, correct a record, disconnect the app or request deletion, email conxconx199@gmail.com. The operator can stop the automation, revoke access and remove local credentials. No Google account owner is required to use this public policy website.
